Wellness at the MAC
Our wellness programs invite you to slow down, recharge and connect with creativity. From yoga to mindful crafting, these experiences encourage relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection to the arts and community.
Quiet Hours at the MAC

Every Tuesday from 2–5pm, MAC visitors are invited to slow down, explore at their own pace, and enjoy quiet time with art, history, and culture.
During Quiet Hours, staff and visitors are encouraged to use quiet voices and silence phones, while unnecessary sound in the galleries will be reduced where possible. The museum remains open to everyone, but healthcare workers and first responders receive free admission during these hours with an employee ID.
Whether you come for reflection, a sensory-friendly experience, or simply a quieter way to explore, we hope Quiet Hours gives you another way to make the MAC your own.
