This summer, the MAC and Live From Somewhere present a new all-ages concert series on the third Wednesday of June, July, and August, in the MAC’s outdoor amphitheater. Each event will feature four incredible live performances showcasing a variety of genres—from indie and jazz to rock, rap, world music, funk, and soul—by talented artists from the Inland Northwest.
Live From Somewhere brings a unique approach to the concert experience, curating performances in unexpected and captivating locations. This platform has become a celebrated space for musicians, cinematographers, and producers to come together and reinvent the traditional live music format.

Can I come and go as I please?
Sorry, no. There is no re-entry.
Is this an all-ages series?
Yes! We love music and we love all people who love music. We will have kids' art activities in the amphitheater, hosted by MAC staff and volunteers.
Will the show be cancelled due to rain or smoke?
No. The show will go on!
Will the museum be open during the concert?
No. We will be closed during the concert. However, your ticket includes free museum admission valid for two weeks following the event. Save your e-ticket, present it at admissions, and enjoy a museum day on us. One admission per ticket only. Non-transferrable.
You say there's a beer garden. What's for sale? Can I return to my seat with my drink?
Yes! We will have Dry Fly Distilling (one of our beloved sponsors) brand new On The Fly wine cocktails for sale, as well as beer and bottle water for purchase. The beer garden itself is 21+ only, but you may take your drinks back to your seats with you. You may not carry any alcohol outside the marked venue boundaries.
Can I bring in outside food and beverages?
Yes! We welcome picnics in small coolers (16 qt capacity), bags, and backpacks. There will also be food for sale. Canned and sealed, manufacturer-packaged waters are allowed. No glass, please.
Can I bring a low-back chair and/or blanket?
Yes! Chairs must have seats 12" or lower from the ground and height 28" or lower. Blankets are welcome but, please, no bigger than 5' in length or width. Depending on attendance, you may be asked to pull in the footprint of your blanket.We ask that you share the amphitheater space as necessary to accommodate everyone that needs a place to sit.
Are pets allowed?
No animals are allowed except for service animals as defined by the ADA.
Can I smoke or vape?
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, marijuana, or other illegal drugs are allowed.
Do you have a comprehensive list of what I CANNOT bring in addition to what's mentioned above?
Yes. In addition to what we've outlined above, the following items are PROHIBITED:
Aerosols (e.g., hairspray, sunscreen)
Animals (with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA)
Audio or video recording devices, GoPros, 360-degree cameras, and cameras with removable lenses
Bullhorns and noisemakers
Confetti, glitter and other items that can be thrown
Framed backpacks
Hula Hoops
Large hard-sided coolers
Laser pointersMasks
Poi (e.g., sticks, rope, balls)
